Digital books: a PDF manual for the selected title. Suggested book pricing is per reader.

Instructor materials: the manual with the separately described Word outline and PowerPoint. Full and reduced-course materials are distinct packages. Any extra instructor guides, tests or forms must be specifically listed in the quote.

Courses: full-course or reduced-workshop delivery, with the audience, prerequisites, hours, materials and any course credit confirmed by ETA.

Consulting: a written scope identifies sites, deliverables, authorization, schedule and fees for assessments, safety and security planning, or organizational training.

Prices shown in the catalog are suggested planning amounts in USD. Travel, venue or range costs, specialty expenses, printed copies, shipping and applicable tax are confirmed separately. An inquiry is not an order, reservation or payment.

02 / DELIVERY

Clear files. Clear arrangements.

Digital delivery: ETA confirms the title, edition, included files, delivery method and expected timing before accepting payment. Purchases use an individual PayPal invoice for the requested items and manual file delivery after payment is verified. Instant automated downloads are not currently enabled.

Printed books: production, binding, quantity, shipping, total cost and expected timing require a confirmed quote. Displayed print targets are not a promise of stock or immediate shipping. Request a quote before arranging payment.

Classes and consulting: dates and locations are confirmed in the written agreement. Browsing the catalog does not reserve a place or establish a delivery date.

03 / MATERIAL USE

Confirm the intended use.

Book pricing is based on an individual reading copy. Instructor or organizational teaching use, participant copies and curriculum licensing are discussed separately. The quote should specify permitted users, reproduction and classroom use, and any included editable files.

A materials package does not by itself include an instructor-led class, certification or unrestricted reproduction and resale rights. A reduced workshop covers the objectives stated for that format; it does not establish full-course qualification.

04 / CHANGES & REFUNDS

Confirm the terms before paying.

The refund, cancellation and rescheduling policy is awaiting ETA’s review for the first sale. Before payments open, the applicable terms must be displayed and linked from the purchasing process.

For a question about an inquiry or the wrong, missing or unreadable file, contact ETA with the title and your inquiry or order reference. Do not include card details.

05 / PRIVACY

Share what we need to respond.

The forms collect the contact, organization, training and service details you enter. Submitted inquiries are recorded so ETA can review and respond. Basic technical request information is used to limit repeated submissions. The owner inquiry records require authorized access.

If you choose “Save draft on this device” in the detailed intake, the draft stays in that browser session until cleared or the session ends. Submission records are separate from that local draft.

Do not enter payment card numbers, passwords, access codes, personal medical records or confidential security findings in a general inquiry. These forms do not collect payment card data. Contact ETA to discuss corrections, removal requests or a secure process for detailed assessment records.

This website does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Automatic inquiry email notifications are not yet connected.
